This website is intended to provide general information for Hillindale homeowners and residents, prospective homeowners and realtors. Homeowners Association Dues Updated on 1/6/2012 On December 1st the yearly association fees invoice was sent out along with the Neighborhood Notes. The yearly assessment is due by January 31st. Remember to put your lot # on your check. If you have not received this please notify the HOA at info@hillindale.com Tree TrimmingUpdated on 10/5/2011 A school corporation representative has let the board know that many trees in our neighborhood are overgrown and in need of attention. Our kids are told not to put their arms out of the windows, but some of the low limbs can graze the side of the bus. Some may just need a little shaping or trimming up. We ask that these be trimmed as soon as possible. Two companies have arranged for special pricing, and have confirmed they can cut all trees in need of trimming, or you may choose your own contractor. Thanks for working to keep things looking their best and safe.
Updated on 4/6/2011 It is not permissible for trailers, boats or campers to be parked in a homeowner's driveway on a permanent basis according to the Architectural Review Board Guidelines. Marina Parking permits are available for $10.00 for the period of 5/1/11 through 4/30/12. Current permit holders were mailed a renewal notice on 4/1.
